Osmek S.r.l. offers its customers a wide range of milling operations carried out on vertical and/or horizontal machining centres, on machines with two, three, four or five axes, equipped for medium-high production series also with pallet change and /or feeding with Robot.
In principle, for milling, the maximum dimensions of 1000x600x600mm can be considered machining both on ISO 40 or ISO 50 machines, vertical and horizontal 3/4/5-axis machining centres. Regarding the materials, it is possible to create milling pieces made of various types of steel, including stainless steel, plastic materials, aluminium alloys and copper alloys.
The production series can range from very small series (1-10 Pieces) to medium series.
